We offer a number of ADR services, including: drafting ADR procedures for arbitration of employment, labor, commercial and construction disputes; representing clients in mediation, a non-binding process designed to resolve disputes short of litigation or arbitration; arbitration representation in employment, labor, commercial and construction disputes; service as a neutral to resolve disputes. As advocates, we have represented clients in ADR proceedings, both by court order and by agreement. As a neutral, Mike Fortney is a member of the ADR Federal Court Panel for the Northern District of Ohio and is a member of the panel of arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association. Mike has served as an arbitrator on several cases.
